It is indeed your prerogative to do so, however here is my problem with your comment. I keep getting comments stating people disagree with me but nobody will show me from the Bible where I am wrong. Why? Because the Sabbath is Biblical, and there is absolutely no where that clearly says that it has been done away with or changed to Sunday. So yes, you can disagree but why will you not show me proof from the Bible where I am wrong?

The law of God is a transcript of His holy character, each commandment is important yet there is something overly important about the Sabbath commandment. It is not just an issue of a day but an issue of trust and allegiance. Why was the Sabbath even part of the Decalogue? Because God wanted one day where His people came and worshiped and communed with Him... have we any less a need of that today then in Biblical times? Not a chance, yet because it is so important to God Satan has attacked it with all his might.

The Bible says in Revelation as well as many other places that His people in the last days will have the "testimony of Jesus and keep the commandments of God" - not excluding the Sabbath.

Think very carefully about this.
There were only two holy institutions in the beginning, there were the Sabbath and marriage. Just as we cannot make a holy union between a man and a man or woman and woman we cannot make Sunday holy. Only God can make a day holy and He did...

What two institutions are so widely being disregarded and profaned today? It is definitely the Sabbath and the holy marriage. Why? Because Satan hates God and hates any holy thing because he knows that if God instituted it there was a reason for it. God wants to be with His people on the day HE hallowed, who in the world do we think we are to even suggest an alternative?

I'm not here to put anyone down but if you can provide no Biblical basis for your argument you need to seriously question your objection to the Sabbath. If you can't support your view with scripture then why hang on to it? If I am wrong, show me from the bible, but if what I have presented is clearly Biblical why do you oppose it?

I have said it before and i'll say it again, if I can be convinced by Scripture that the Sabbath was changed to Sunday I will recant my stance. But the truth is its not there and I think most of us know that clearly...

Should you wish to prove me wrong you can email me at randy[at]ebibleanswers[dot]com

Here is my plea, let the Bible, the Holy word of God guide every step we make. Let this be our motto, if my traditions or views are in contrary to that Holy word I will give them up. This is my prayer for my own life. Won't you join me?

I'm not asking you to accept the Sabbath, I am asking you to accept the Bible in its entirety, if that includes the Sabbath then you need to follow it. If not again, show me where (from scripture) I have erred.

Last note, in the Bible God calls HIS last day people "peculiar", wouldn't "weird" be a pretty good word for the world to use? God is calling us out of our comfort zones for Him. If it makes us weird that does not void the law so that we can feel good about ourselves.

God bless, Randy

I disagree with your explanation of Colossians 2:16. Here's what I see:
Colossians were pagans who never observed the laws of God. When they converted, they started observing the laws - they stayed away from unclean meats and drinks; they kept the sabbaths and various religious festivals. They were considered weird by those who knew them. Paul told them not to be shaken by their judgments.
